When reporting an issue with a generated video, please include:

2. The template used (e.g., Black Cat Clapping or Dime Dime Baby).
3. The approximate timestamp of the generation task.
4. The generation task ID (found on your video card or in your account dashboard).

2. Billing & Refund Requests

• Automatic Refunds: If a video task fails due to a system error or timeout, the credits used are returned to your balance automatically within seconds.
• Manual Refund Assistance: If you purchased a credit pack and have not used any credits from the pack, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase under our money-back guarantee.
